Dr. Gaines asked about any changes and how I was feeling since the last time. I voiced some of my concerns and Dr. Gaines patiently listened before discussing some options and explaining how things will progress.

We love Dr. Gaines! She's so professional and caring at the same time. We've been going to her for years. My son is at ease with her. I trust her with his medical care.

This was our first time seeing Dr. Gaines, she was excellent! She spent quality time, listened, and explained everything.

Dr. Gaines is always super attentive and willing to discuss any and all concerns you might have and solution any challenges or problems. She is particularly quick with responding to MyChart questions which I find fantastic. Other doctors may respond within a couple of weeks but she responds within a day or two. Top notch and considerate with second to none bedside manner.
