Provider always thorough in conversations and takes the time to chat with me about everything. Very organized going over each problem I'm there for. Provider listens and is attentive to my needs/concerns. I have never felt rushed which has helped me be able to have the time to articulate to my provider about any concerns/issues I have. Great listener and very respectful. I always feel like I'm a person not just a number like you often can feel with doctors. Dr. Gaines is genuinely caring and in my opinion goes above and beyond for her patients. I would highly recommend and have already proceeded to do so to a few family and friends.
