Dr. Gaines is amazing. She never laughs at my questions or concerns and she's always been willing to listen and hear me. She's never ignored anything and she doesn't act like it's a bother. I've had doctors say "you again" when they come in the room. She's never done that and always takes my concerns seriously, meeting them with patience and sound medical knowledge and experience.
