It was and has been at each visit, usually good... EVERYONE I encountered was kind, efficient, and helpful. No attitudes, condescension, or haughtiness. That doesn't happen to me very often. It seemed like this is how they are, that it's their standard operating procedure... to treat patients with kindness and give the best care possible. So very wonderful.

Kelsey noticed an issue while we were talking and sent me to get the care I needed immediately. I appreciate her being so caring and observant.

It was a challenge to have a conversation with the PA. She talked quite a bit about herself and made me wonder if she had capacity to fully listen to me.

Kelsey had empathy with my individual needs and concerns and I appreciate her insight and knowledge into my specific health challenges. I definitely appreciate her honesty and knowledge that is an asset to Novant Health! I look forward to her help with weight loss going forward!
