Michelle Swain provided me with excellent care! Prior to coming to my appointment with her, she thoroughly reviewed and learned all of the relevant information about my cardiac history. She provided me with concise and easy to understand information from my last monitoring report, took plenty of time to answer all of my questions, and discussed with me her views on what options for treatment are available. Then, she stepped out of the room to consult with Doctor Waits, to ensure that he agreed with her interpretation of the report and the treatment steps recommended. She then came back into the room to discuss his input about my treatment, which dovetailed with her input and interpretations. I felt very well cared for, and that I received thorough, excellent information and care. The appointment was exactly what I felt I needed, and I left feeling confident about the next steps that needed to be taken. I am so grateful for the care that I received.
