Dr Festa is a breath of fresh air. She listened to me and came up with the best options for my care. Her assistant Brittany was super friendly which made the appointment very relaxing. Now I feel like I will receive the care I need.

Everyone was so nice to me, made me feel comfortable, and the Dr. Michelle F. Was outstanding she explained everything to me if needed and did not rush she was the greatest I really liked her, and so glad my grandson made me an appointment with her.

Professional and Efficient

I can understand delays but no patient should be left sitting in the exam room for close to an hour with no explanation. Also a patient should not have to step out into hallway (twice) to be sure they aren’t forgotten. Also the lab tech could use an attitude adjustment towards patients.

Dr. Nesta was very informative and listened to my personal concerns. She made me feel like she cared about those concerns. I feel elated that my concerns, became her concerns. She definitely built rapport and the nursing staff, as well.

Every person I spoke with from the time I came in until I left was very courteous. Dr. Festa is absolutely superb. She listens. She questions. She advises and she explains. I travel over 20 miles to see her.

The visit was mostly good. Some questions that were asked seemed to be irrelevant. Also, I provided a lot of the same information online prior to the visit. It seemed redundant. Overall, I liked the professionalism of Dr. Festa and she was very thorough with her examination and discussed my overall health picture with some suggestions and recommendations for treatment.

I got my first appointment with Dr. Michelle Festa within a week. She actually listened and spent time with me. I had 2 prescriptions the next day. I asked around for a long time in searching for a new doctor and her name came up a lot. I am 71 and very grateful to have found this practice, the people that work there and her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look forward to my next visit. Very good professionals. I Drive from Charlotte to Concord because of how great the staff is, Keep doing what you're doing.
