The doctor ( Michelle Festa ) is an excellent doctor.. Very professional and caring.. Understanding and patient.Very pleased with this doctor.. Very nice person who cares about her patients.

Dr Festa is great. She really listens and does a thorough exam.

I really felt like we had a very good conversation on many topics. She wasn't getting rushed out of the room and only allowed to spend 10 minutes per patient.

Dr. Festa is one of a few doctors I've seen in my adult life that I would rate as excellent.She pays close attention to my concerns and discusses potential causes and provides an action plan. She was recommended by two close family members and they were spot on about her capabilities. She's a keeper.

Recently I went to urgent care. A rash on my scalp. Urgent care confirmed it and said a dematoligist might help. My appt with Dr. Festa went a lot better. She prescribed a cream to ease the irritation and erase the rash. It's working already. Dr. Festa helps.

De Festa listens carefully I never feel rushed the only downside is once I get in the exam room it’s usually a 29-30 min wait but I feel she gives the same attention to every patient which results in longer wait times

The check -in personnel was not very friendly. Flat facial expression, quite firm tone when answering questions about type of visit listed in system and insurance coverage. The medical assistant was friendly, but didn't introduce herself, I ended up asking for her name to know who is caring for me in the room. The physician was fantastic, great connection and communication, great care.

I used MyChart to schedule my appointment and will use it again if I have questions about my new medication.

Always have a pleasant experience at our visits. We are frequent flyers here. Our whole family goes to this practice
