Everything about you people is so special to me. From Turtle calling me the day before to make sure my butt is on time which i needed , everyone in between - especially Cole who gave me personal attention , understanding and 2 shots in my arms right in Dr. Pierson's office. I am petrified of shots, can't look , and it was smooth as silk. Icing on the cake - Dr. Noah. My words can't describe what he means to me. It's like having your best friend as the person who you trust more than anybody. He is so reassuring , friendly, honest, and totally professional. Thank you all for really caring ! Dr Pierson and Turtle are consistently thorough, professional and timely during scheduled visits as well as MyChart Communications. For a variety of reasons, Dr Pierson is probably the best physician I have ever had. I feel fortunate under his care.

The staff at the front desk do not stay focused on who come s in the door and if the first co-worker facing the door is busy with another person in front of them or if she is on the phone with someone.,they need To be more alert of their surroundings.

Express Care took me right away. Was in/out within the hour. Advised me about my poison ivy. And gave remedy. Everyone is awesome and professional.

A little more focus on actually finding the cause of a condition rather than guessing would be appreciated.

I think Dr Pierson is the best MD I have ever had. He prescribed a medicine last year for my migraine headaches which I will be forever thankful to him for. I have a quality of life now mostly free from those awful headaches.

It was a very rushed visit. The doctor was running behind. I waited in the exam room for at least 20 minutes. He seemed unattached to my case. I'm not very happy with the care I received. I can't get definate answers from the doctor. He contradicted himself. I'm very frustrated!

My only complaint That I have was that I had to wait on Laboratory. I was asked to come in the day before to have my labs drawn an there was nobody at the Lab/x-ray check in desk. Once they were notified , I was there, she came a drew my blood.

I followed Dr. Pierson from Ogden to Autumn Hall because of his erudition, open and honest discussions about my health, and the fact that I can get a same-day appointment in an emergency--something that's happened only twice in the six years I've been seeing him. His nursing staff is aces, and the Autumn Hall staff is wonderful. Finding a Primary Care Physician is at best a difficult effort. My finding of Dr. Pierson is a boon and a blessing.
