Can’t say enough about my Dr and his attending staff! However, the computer switchover at Autumn Hall was defs problematic for the staff and seems to be problematic, therefore, also for patients. The my chart categories for sending messages directly to physician/staff is not provided, therefore a phone call was necessary (and still preferred) two days post visit to request a prescription for antibiotic.

Everything about you people is so special to me. From Turtle calling me the day before to make sure my butt is on time which i needed , everyone in between - especially Cole who gave me personal attention , understanding and 2 shots in my arms right in Dr. Pierson's office. I am petrified of shots, can't look , and it was smooth as silk. Icing on the cake - Dr. Noah. My words can't describe what he means to me. It's like having your best friend as the person who you trust more than anybody. He is so reassuring , friendly, honest, and totally professional. Thank you all for really caring ! Dr Pierson and Turtle are consistently thorough, professional and timely during scheduled visits as well as MyChart Communications. For a variety of reasons, Dr Pierson is probably the best physician I have ever had. I feel fortunate under his care.

The staff at the front desk do not stay focused on who come s in the door and if the first co-worker facing the door is busy with another person in front of them or if she is on the phone with someone.,they need To be more alert of their surroundings.

Express Care took me right away. Was in/out within the hour. Advised me about my poison ivy. And gave remedy. Everyone is awesome and professional.

A little more focus on actually finding the cause of a condition rather than guessing would be appreciated.
