I love the doctor and staff at this location. I feel like the staff has always gone over and beyond to offer great care and always kept me informed about anything having to do with my care. They are great and highly recommended them.

I tell you that this was the first time seeing this Lady and she really took the time to listen to every single concern I have. She was so kind and explained things in terms I could understand. She paid attention to every little detail. She's very caring and she knew i was in pain and she took the necessary steps to help me find the problem. I'm so thankful that I had the pleasure of seeing her. I definitely want to continue seeing her. I trust her. She's compassionate and she does care about her patients. The office is lucky to have her. Also, I want to brag on the nurse tht brought me into the room and got me ready to see the doctor. The nurse was very kind . She even asked if I needed some water while I wait. The Doctor and nurse both are very caring people and I am so glad that I am lucky enough to have them. They need recognition. Thanks to them both for being so kind and patient with me and cared about me because I have literally been suffering with what's going on to the point it's really depressed me. I know I am in good hands and now on the road to getting better.

She is a very good concern person about my wellbeing. With the meds she gave me it is the first time in years I woke up with it a headache I appreciate her very much

Ashley Miller was the most attentive provider I have had in a long time. She took quite a while to speak with me and perform an exam. The visit notes she made were very, very detailed. I don't remember her name, but the nurse was super great, too. Thank you all.

This was my first visit and the staff were extremely helpful. When the Doctor came in she was Excellent. She listened to everything I said and suggested several things for us to try and was very patient with me and my care. I loved how she didn’t make me feel rushed and listened to everything and was very attentive and helpful. This practice is excellent

When scheduling, I specifically asked for a provider who specializes in migraine headaches, but Ashley didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the condition and treatment options at all. She gave conflicting information and even had the nurse call me right after the appointment to say she had changed her mind and cancelled the prescription she had already called in for me. Very unprofessional. I've had migraines for 20 years, if she wasn't an expert in the condition, she should have referred me to someone else.

I have never been treated as nicely as I was at this appointment. From the check in to the check out everyone was positive about my visit and extremely pleasant. I felt I was with friends though we had never met, and yet I was treated professionally and my concerns were taken seriously. The P.A. was very knowledgeable and discussed several avenues of treatment, letting me have a say in the course I was most comfortable in taking. I would highly recommend this Thomasville office.

I love the FNP that I saw. She gave lots of information and made sure I understood everything that was said.

ASHLEY MILLER WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH AND SHE MADE A POINT TO GET ME THE APPOINTMENTS I NEEDED QUICKLY. I HAD MY APPOINTMENT TO HAVE AN ECHOCARDIOGRAM YESTERDAY AND THE TEST SHOWED THAT I HAVE A HOLE IN MY HEART, WHICH I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN IF SHE HAD NOT REQUESTED THE APPOINTMENT FOR ME. I HAVE MY NEXT APPOINTMENT THE FIRST WEEK OF NEXT MONTH. I APPRECIATE THE TIME SHE SPENT WITH ME ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. SHE WAS VERY CONCERNED ALSO. THANK YOU, ASHLEY MILLER.

This is a new doctor and staff and they are still the same as the rest of the Novant staff and doctors that I have. I will not change for no one. I love Novant and the staff and doctors. Thank you Novant for all that y'all do.

We saw a nurse practioner her name is Ashley Miller, She treated my wife with dignity and respect, She just have that gift of bedside manner which a lot of doctors don't have, we look forward to seeing her the next time we have an appointment at that doctor's office, I am grateful that she became our FNP
