Dr. Nguyen was amazing! She took the time to actually listen to me and to make me feel included in the decision making process. She explained all of the options and gave me her recommendation and reasoning behind it and then asked me how I felt about it. She answered all of my questions and talked me through my concerns. I walked away feeling very confident in my decision and happy being in her care.
