Dr. Craig is an exceptional doctor. Although she was far behind schedule, she spent time with me, did not rush, listened to my concerns, discussed my health needs, and is always very personable. She is always prepared when I see her. She has reviewed my test results and my chart prior to seeing me. This is a rarity in healthcare today. Novant is lucky to have such an intelligent, caring, and informed physician on their team.

Dr Craig and her medical assistant (she did introduce herself, but I am sorry I have forgotten her name) are very professional and kind. They listen to my concerns, answer my questions and treat me with respect. I have recommended Dr Craig to many people. She is a treasure to have at Novant.

From the receptionist who checked me in for the appointment to the blood draw technician at the end, this was a good experience. The doctor allowed time for discussion about my health, got appointments for other care underway. I was taken back before my appointment time, the assistant did all the preliminary things, said the doctor would be in shortly. I waited over 30 min after that before the doctor came in. I didn't like that part as I was missing work. It's a common occurrence when seeing doctors but I had hoped, since my appointment was mid-morning, there wouldn't be so much of a delay. All in all, I would still highly recommend this practice/doctor based on the care provided.

I like using the patient portal. If for some reason I forgot to mention something or need a refill, I always go to the portal.

Open to discuss questions I had and scheduled follow-up. I have been with this practice since it originally opened in Calabash. Very glad I was assigned to her.

For a first visit with this doctor did not feel that she was not thorough enough in the getting to know me.

It’s a shame that you can’t talk to the doctor about other medical problems you’re experiencing. Doctor will only talk to you about the reason for your visit.

My Lab experience was awful. I was stuk twice.Karen put the needle in my arm couldn't get blood she called for Rachel to help slap the needle it fell on the floor in the corner beside the chair.Karen left the room.Rachel took over xo you want to come back another day I replied no she continues taking four tubes of plasma.This was Thursday today my arm is bruised and still swollen with a knot in it. I informed them before they began that I had a bad experience before in this lab.other than this things were good..I hope no one will experience I experience in the lab.

The Dr that I saw could definitely benefit by “ listening skills”. Asked me the same exact questions repeatedly and paid zero attention to my answers. She was certainly following a script with no regard to individual patient care. I will request a different caregiver for my next visit. This one did NOT impress me one bit.
