Excellent experience. We were impressed with the short wait before being taken to exam room, where nurse took notes immediately, then Dr Scheweppe came in immediately, was X-rayed immediately, then back to exam room where Dr S. was waiting in there with films up. He explained them with detail and He gave me physical exam to determine diagnosis. Then explained my issues, and gave me a much needed cortisone injection. Scheduled a 6 week return visit, and checked out with no wait. Superior in all respects to Ortho Carolina and Baptist’s Comp Rehab. We were there for no more than 1/2 hour! We were amazed by the courtesy extended by every person we encountered as well as the efficiency. Thank you to all! (Hope I have jinxed my return visit ?)

My appointment was made 30 days from my call even though I was experiencing significant pain which I communicated. I was on waitlist. No one told me that the clinic accepts walk-ins. I did not know that was an option. I was disappointed to learn I could have been possibly seen earlier.

Very accommodating. I was initially scheduled for a much later date but was given an earlier appointment upon a cancellation. Everyone was super helpful and friendly from checkin through checkout including an impromptu X-ray before the doctor. With all that plus an injection I was in and out in about 20 minutes!
