The waiting room was very crowded, too much for what I consider safe for the pati. It was difficult to hear names being called and I am not hard of hearing. I thought the staff calling the names could have done so in some better manner.

Was my physician honest when s/he explain the side effects of chemo treatments? My physician make the statement "I had a patient run a marathon while taking the regiment of chemo." I felt maybe the physician was being dishonest about the side effects of the treatment, but I hope not. To the physician's credit an appointment is being set up for me with the oncology pharmacist. I appreciate that, greatly.

There were not enough chairs in the waiting room. Cancer patients ( including myself) having to stand waiting for their appointment is unacceptable

I would give this provider a 20 if I could. She treated me with respect and kindness in a non-judgmental, confident manner. Although I had to wait weeks for an appointment, once in the office, I was seen in a timely manner by staff who were pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I was offered water while I waited for the physician. This small gesture went a long way in helping me feel valued. The physician provided me information clearly and completely, therefore I did not need to ask questions. I am very happy to become a patient of Dr Arb and had a positive experience with her and every staff member who interacted with me.

My appointment was at 3:45 and I was told to be there at 3:30, and if I would not have asked when I was going to be called back, I was not kept informed that Dr.Arb was running behind and I was not seen and out of the office until about five o'clock. I like to be kept informed and I don't think that is too much to ask, I live an hour away.

Dr. Arb is a very caring doctor. Was skeptical about going locally for breast cancer treatment as I recently lost my sister to breast cancer. She was treated for ten years at the Cancer Institute of America in Zion. But I have complete confidence in Dr. Arb
