We have been seeing Dr. Reynolds since 2019. He is always professional and understanding. He gives you treatment options and explains any potential pros and cons. He treats his patients with an individual patient specific care plan. I wish all physicians showed the level of compassion and care to patients (and parents) like Dr. Reynolds does.

No matter what we say the doctor has preconceived notions about the health condition and interprets our comments that confirms his bias.

Although our wait time was longer than usual, we appreciated the time he took with us. We did not feel rushed as he answered every question. I always appreciate hearing different options regarding treatment as well.

Dr Reynolds has been superb, the way he engages with my son, vocabulary and terminology he understands is superb. Really appreciated the ‘life’ advice and professional opinion ie device / internet usuage etc directed towards my son which he listened to and took onboard.
