About

My interest in medicine began when I was just 11 through my exposure to a neighbor who was an internist. I, too, wanted to help make people better when they were sick. I never veered from that path, and today, I thoroughly enjoy family medicine, since it allows me to care for people of all ages.

I'm active in the medical community and in the community where I live. I serve on the board of the Kerr YMCA and on the North Carolina Academy of Family Medicine.
