The facility was well maintained and easy to find.

When a provider orders routine labs for a typical checkup, it would be good to know what that covers. I learned that routine labs do not check for vitamin deficiency- such with Vit D and B12. I expressed being tired and my provider quickly said we should check your Vit D and B12 which ended up being low. Maybe this should be included in routine labs for senior citizens. Just a thought. Thank you.

I just moved to the area and felt more comfortable with this provider than I did with my primary care of 7 yrs. when i lived in Maryland. I felt that she was more knowledgeable, knew more quickly what to look for and listened more intently. If this is the level of care I can expect I will be extremely happy here.

The Staff at Oceanside in Shallotte is the best. This was my first visit as a patient, but I have been there several times for my mother's appointments. I am extremely impressed by the entire staff at this facility, they are welcoming, courteous, friendly, quick, and very professional.

Everything about the visit was great! Hannah Disano really listened to me during my appointment. She provided some advice about medical issues. She did a great job! Also doing a great job was the front desk staff at both check-in and check-out and the lab tech who drew my blood. It was one of the easiest blood draws that I have ever had! This visit to the Novant-Shallotte office was outstanding and I highly recommend this office!

Very friendly and fast working staff! The waiting area was packed full, which the nurse explained to me that’s because there are different offices and an urgent care there. But regardless of that my visit was quick, I did not have to wait long at all to be seen or to have my blood work done. Everyone I encountered was very polite and in good spirits! It was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit.
