My experience at Novant Heart and Vascular Ballantyne was excellent. The staff, Nurses and team were compassionate and attentive. Everyone was friendly, professional and my afternoon appointment was right on time. Dr. Sebastian was great. He took time to listen to my concerns and developed a game plan for my care moving forward. He made me feel comfortable throughout the visit and I did not feel rushed. All of my concerns and questions were addressed and answered thoroughly.
