My daughter has RSV and Courtney made the whole scary experience so much easier. She talked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. She made sure to have me come in each day to re check my daughter to make sure she had the best care. Completely above and beyond, and I can’t express my gratitude enough during this extremely difficult week.

Way too many words to type to express how thankful and blessed we are for the care provided by Courtney Hayes and the staff at LKN Pediatrics. The precautions and care she took to ensure my son was healthy and cared for properly on October 27th, during a medical emergency, were absolutely commendable. I will forever be indebted to Courtney for taking such wonderful care of my son. I would love to have someone reach out so that I can further discuss our experience and give Courtney as well as the other staff members the recognition they deserve.

Appreciated Courtney listening to my child's past and present concerns. She took time with my child and I believe my child felt comfortable with her.

We met Dr Courtney for the first time and she is wonderful! Listened was compassionate and gave us all the information she found. We got prescribed drops for left ear and were told manage pain with IBUPROFEN and Tylenol. Contact if problem persists or worsens. We were completely satisfied and will love to see her again.

The Nurse Practitioner, Courtney was awesome with my daughter. She provided tips for us to prevent constipation and a stool sample kit, in case my daughter continued to experience diarrhea as a result of the stomach virus.
