The medical staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Williams was confrontational, friendly and informative. Great medical staff at Novant Health. I will continue to intrust my medical issues with Novant.

We live in York, SC, and to keep our Dr Williams in Charlotte, NC, we don’t mind the 1.5 hour commute. He and his staff are always very attuned to any changes in health. My husband attends, I attend, and we convinced our sister to attend his office, too.

The best doctor and staff

This visit was scheduled to see if I would like to become a patient at this office. I have been looking for a new provider and I believe that I have found one with Dr. Williams. He made me feel like I was a person and not a number. I am very satisfied with the care he has provided me thus far.

First visit to this doctor. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was thorough and patient. Will definitely use him again. He made me feel very comfortable. So did his nurse.

Everyone was good and professional!

Our grandson is usually very reserved around people. He was so at ease when we walked into the doctor’s office he was very attentive and talkative to everyone. He especially liked Dr. Williams he liked him because he could relate to his dinosaurs. He is excited about showing his his dinosaurs the next visit.

My 1st appt with my provider was amazing. I love him already. He listened to me, I did not feel rushed and he gave me appropriate advice. There was literally a 5 min wait time and the staff I interacted with was professional and nice. I will continue to get care from my provider and will recommend him to anyone..

I adore Dr. Williams. He is kind, thoughtful, willing to listen, and makes me feel like we are working together for my health. I have a giant pet peeve of doctors “talking down” to patients and acting patronizing. I have a degree in biology and a degree in health education so I tend to know what I’m talking about. Dr. Williams is awesome and I’m so so happy I ended up as his patient after my former provider left this practice. Honestly, if doctor Williams ended up leaving I would probably try to follow as his patient!
