Dr. Poole is the most thorough, and genuinely cared about helping my husband and I continue to have the best health possible. Her warm friendly smile immediately put us at ease. I have high standards for providing us with the best health care possible and Dr. Poole exceeded my expectations.

I did feel bad for the patient service rep as she was the only person at the desk checking people in and out. And she was still there with a smile. I know that that person can set the mood of the entire appointment.

Doctor Poole is very kind and knowledgeable. She knew that I had not been to a primary in awhile since I had been a caregiver and had no time for myself. She and her nurse were respectful of that and did not make me feel bad which was appreciated. She helped make a plan for me for upcoming testing without overwhelming me which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Poole as she has a kind personality and great patience.

Dr. Poole provided the most thorough exam. Ordered tests that were necessary. Called the same evening with information from the covering dentist for NHMC. She called in a prescription for me. I received a phone call from her this AM 12/21/23, to ask about the necessary follow up care and to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend this physician. She was compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable.
