I had Jeanette Carlin as my provider with Neurology. Professional, informative, took the time to listen and answered all my questions. Was comfortable with her from the start.

It has always been a great experience seeing Jeanette Carlin, I feel that she actually cares about her patients.

Jeanette was pleasant, polite and professional. She seemed genuinely concerned about my health and concerns. All of the staff made my wife and I feel welcomed and comfortable. All of our questions were answered and we did not feel rushed.

The nurse practtione was well prepare and listened. We developed a plan for further treatment and followup

Ms Carlin was very thorough. She took the time to listen which was a blessing, and explained the plan of care. I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. When I got home the pharmacy had not received my medication order. I left a message and received a return call in less than 15-20 minutes from Ms Carlin's medical assistant. She had called my pharmacy and solved the problem. This is a rarity in today's medical arena - I often do not get a return call, much less that quick.

The medical assistant taking my blood pressure took it 5 times. She kept asking about high blood pressure. I told her several times that I had low to average pressure.

Everything was great except front desk was not very communicave at arrival or check out. Carlin is wonderful to work with on migraine treatment. Nurse was very comforting and informative.

Appreciate the visit and am hopeful treatment is on the right path.

I am very pleased with a newer treatment with sleep and migraines! Anxious to see if the new treatment is far better! Time will tell!
