Ms Carlin was very thorough. She took the time to listen which was a blessing, and explained the plan of care. I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. When I got home the pharmacy had not received my medication order. I left a message and received a return call in less than 15-20 minutes from Ms Carlin's medical assistant. She had called my pharmacy and solved the problem. This is a rarity in today's medical arena - I often do not get a return call, much less that quick.

The medical assistant taking my blood pressure took it 5 times. She kept asking about high blood pressure. I told her several times that I had low to average pressure.

Everything was great except front desk was not very communicave at arrival or check out. Carlin is wonderful to work with on migraine treatment. Nurse was very comforting and informative.
