Dr. Spencer, his staff and the Novant team handled my needs professionally and personal. There have been a couple procedures scheduled and I have been totally informed when, where and how. Communication is so important today and Novant does an outstanding job.

Bottom line. My expectations are alway met and usually exceeded.

Dr. Spencer is a gem. I am plant based and he is the only physician in the system I have encountered that understands how important diet is to health. I feel he is the best doctor I have in the system. Unfortunately, there are several doctors in the system that I have encountered that don't have a clue about good nutrition and how important it is to your health.

This was my first visit with Dr. Spencer. It was a follow up to a emergency room visit. Dr. Spencer was very familiar with my information. I was impressed that he had clearly studied my records.

It is too difficult to schedule appointments with this group. Patients should be able to schedule 6 month follow up appointments when checking out; just like at other Novant facilities!

Had a little difficulty finding the front entrance. If there was a sign to turn right at the stop sign for the new building entrance I missed it

Appreciated quick response in giving me an appointment

My weight was incorrect on my checkout paperwork. I've been working on my weight and am proud of the loss of 10# so I'm disappointed it wasn't entered correctly. Dr. Spencer checked my blood pressure after I questioned the numbers from the original take. It was different and in line with my previous measurements at other doctors. It was not corrected on my paperwork either.

I am well pleased with my visit and am very impressed with the quality care and prfessionalism by all. I would highly recommend.

Had an 8am appointment I arrived a 7:45am doors were closed. then had to wait in line behind 12 people when I got in. Seems if you have so many people scheduled at 8:00am you would have reception staff there at 7:30 as people come in on a staggard basis and you don't have a long line with some people not feeling well have to stand on line and wait to sign in. Also, if I check in online please don't tell me to show up 15 minutes early and have the receptionist say'"You checked in online have a seat, meaning I get penalized for checking in online. Otherwise Dr. Spencer is a great doctor and he takes very good care of me.

My initial intake by the nurse, Chance, was actually pleasant. Dr. Spencer was thorough and easy to discuss my overall medical history with. He was also pleasantly agreeable regarding a conservative approach to monitoring my condition.
