Dr. Cross is a phenomenal pediatrician. I trust her completely, I believe she genuinely cares about my kids and my family and she is always so encouraging to me as their mother.

Satisfied with the service of the provider and the time taken to analyze my kids health are awesome. Only thing of my concern is the appointment time which I am not able to get it quickly and have to wait for more than a month.

Such a great team of staff here at Eastover. I was VERY pleased with I believe Dr Cross. She was familiar with my sons chart and his previous medical issues. She made him feel so comfortable. Our normal care Physician is Dr Lye.

Dr.Cross always does such a great time being equally focused on and communicative with the child as she is the parent and I really appreciate that. She does a fantastic job explaining things to children in a child appropriate, but factual way.
