My visit with Kim and nurse Heather was exceptional! Kim completed my procedure as painlessly as possible and ensured I was comfortable and well informed throughout. She and encompassed both a high degree of professionalism and compassion during my visit. Kim made me feel seen/heard as a patient and I would highly recommend her as a provider. Also, I was able to get on the schedule short notice which was a plus as many offices have lengthy waits to be seen by a medical professional.
