The entire office is like a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in the front office staff is inviting and welcoming and they make sure you feel well taken care of. I have been coming to this practice for 14yrs and the level of service has never wavered. That's extremely hard to do but some how they manage to stay consistently wonderful every single time. The nurses some how make even getting shots ok for the kids. I can't say enough great things about Dr Ladd to sum her up I would say I ALWAYS FEEL SEEN AND HEARD in her office. As a parent that's a big deal, she never makes me feel like any concern I haven't isn't important.
