I felt safe and taken care for. One of the nurses even patted my hand while I had my procedure and it made me feel better. It was great and comfy.

The midwife I saw this past time did not listen to my needs and she was a little harsh with the information she provided me with. And I don’t feel like all of it was accurate. I don’t usually have this issue.

The day after I visted I missed a call from a staff member and I’ve tried multiple times to call Novant health and get out on hold everytime. I understand that the company is busy meeting needs of other customers but today I got a call back after leaving three messages to return my call and they put me on hold for forty minutes after the office called me.
