I was apprehensive as to the reasons for the testing. She picked up on that immediately & was very kind in setting a relaxed tone. I don't think she could have explained things better than she did. Extremely thorough & explanation done in layman's terms. As I previously mentioned, she also included my husband, his family's history of cancer & addressed testing immediately
