Dr. Alyssa is very professional and caring. She always explains the situations and answers the questions that you have.

To be fair, as a PA she may not have been well versed enough on the issue to try and put me at ease but her bedside manner was lacking. She was not warm, empathetic and understating. She was not openly rude but I expected much more even without her being able to provide answers. I felt rushed and unheard.

I usually see another practitioner at this practice, but she was unavailable, so I scheduled with Alyssa. I was very disappointed with the care that I received. Alyssa was extremely dismissive of my concerns and poorly explained medication options. I had my IUD removed and I was not provided with consent forms until after the procedure was completed, and even then, I was not given the opportunity to read them.
