The provider had a great personality and I really appreciated the time she took to listen to and answer my questions.

Dr. Higgins was amazing! She answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood everything before we left. She is very compassionate and made all of us feel very comfortable talking to her.

My child said Dr. Higgins was her favorite doctor after just the first visit. I have to agree, Dr. Higgins did a great job of listening to my daughter and explaining the course of treatment, and we did not feel rushed at all. The referrals and follow ups she recommended came through right away.

We were referred over and given severity of symptoms were able to be seen just a few days later. Dr. Higgins was wonderful explaining everything to us so both myself and my son understood how she was coming to her thoughts, next steps, if diagnosis is confirmed what that will look like. Overall, both my son and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Higgins and that she is competent, will keep us informed in ways we understand, and trust her to guide us through this.

Dr. Higgans was great. She listened to me and my child and we had a thorough discussion about his issues and potential solutions. We left with two potential treatment paths - one more invasive than the other - and a good plan for next steps.
