Andrea Hicks is an outstanding PA !

The PA was wonderful. I was made to feel comfortable expressing my worries and she answered all of my concerns and provided assurance that I should know that making appointments is the right thing to do if I am feeling concerned. Great representation for Novant. Very pleased.

I saw Andrea Hicks. She is very professional & caring. She listened to my concerns and gave me some practical things to do regarding my blood pressure. I miss Dr Williams but I am comfortable continuing to see Andrea or any other cardiologist in the office.

I did not feel the provider was familiar at all with my case and i did not learn anything from this appt. It was a waste of time and could have been done over the phone.

Andrea is very through and follows up on continuing issues to help you reach a positive conclusion. I would gladly recommend her.
