Very pleasant cardiologist, very informative about my issues.

Dr. Hicks was very pleasant and seemed to be update on my husbands condition. She listened to my concerns and made detailed recommendations on how to improve his condition and made referrals based on our conversation. I thank her for taking the time to listen and help us to get appropriate treatment options.

Andrea Hicks & the Nurse went way out of their way to help with our Appt. Rescheduling and assist in all that we needed.

Appt scheduling was very difficult. I had a standing order that the scheduler was aware of but refused to schedule appt for that standing order until seen in a separate visit.

I saw Andrea Hicks. She is very professional & caring. She listened to my concerns and gave me some practical things to do regarding my blood pressure. I miss Dr Williams but I am comfortable continuing to see Andrea or any other cardiologist in the office.

I did not feel the provider was familiar at all with my case and i did not learn anything from this appt. It was a waste of time and could have been done over the phone.

Andrea is very through and follows up on continuing issues to help you reach a positive conclusion. I would gladly recommend her.
