Andrea was simply great: empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, professional and explained things clearly

I don't typically do surveys, but Andrea Hicks is a breath of fresh air. She truly cared about my pain and had a true heartfelt desire that I be healthy and age well. She's really the best I have encountered.
