They were amazing. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner came out in the rain and took care of me in my car. We were in the middle of a tropical storm. They were very kind, caring and easy to talk to though completely professional.

She's attentive and asks questions to make sure she gets all the information in order to get me the best treatment for my issues so I can get my wellness back. NP Heintz was a very good listener for all my post surgery questions. When she didn't know the answer, she was quite open in saying so and making suggestions for my upcoming follow up appointment with the surgeon. She was most empathetic while being professional.
