I'm very comfortable with Dr. Bahamadi. The office and exam rooms are very clean. The staff professional and personable.

The Dr was late.

Dr. Bahamadi and his staff were very attentive, respectful, caring and friendly. My questions were answered concisely and completely, showing true concern and attention to my need for further information. I felt comfortable and at ease with the doctor and all staff.

Dr. Bahamadi is an excellent doctor. I feel truly privileged to have his care and to have care so close to home. He communicates well and is always respectful and courteous. He also is focused on the patient and doesn't have an inflated ego. His team is also well coordinated and has excellent follow up, respect and courtesy. His assistants are highly intelligent and seem to understand the medical issues well given that they are not RNs. They have good communication with him and were able to get me in quickly when it was needed. I have had nothing but excellent care at the hospital last year (14 days) and in a year of treatment at the Leland office for medical oncology. I was unable to drive during my chemo tx so it was a big help to receive care in Leland.

When I had chemo years ago at High Point Regional, the nurse used a topical agent to numb the skin over the port cath prior to needle insertion. Recommend your staff copy this procedure.

The check in At Zimmerman cancer center is hit and miss with folks that check you in. They seem preoccupied and bothered at checkin downstairs

I waited 45 min once I was brought into the exam room. As much as this is an excellent team, and I will continue to be a patient there, it was quite a long wait once I got into the exam room.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment and then the doctor rushed through and told me he would call me back with test results and course of treatment. It's been 2 days I've heard nothing. My results are in my chart but no call for the treatment plan.

The entire staff at the Zimmer Center are courteous and professional. They take care of every need from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Bahamadi and his nurse Sharon are fantastic. Marina who is the phlebotomist is very good. I trust these professionals completely and can not say enough good things about them. For years no one at Wilmington Health did anything but the basics. Dr Bamahadi is the one person I know I'll see when I return for my appointments and he is fantastic. On the other hand all the traveling nurses that are only working at the hospital for a short time is most troubling to see. I do not feel or see the dedication to the patient or the hospital with this type of nursing employment

There is too much waiting time between blood work, dr. and infusion. Wait time for infusion meds is sometimes over an hour!
