I have been going to see Dr Tillotson for almost 5 years, Without any hesitation, he and his staff are absolutely the best. His care and compassion are effortless it’s truly who he is. Never once have I felt rushed or that my questions weren’t important. Bottomline, if more doctors were like this how fortunate we would be. Thank you Dr T!

Dr. Tillotson provided a very good explanation of how the thyroid works and what measurements to look for. It was the first time I fully understood the inner workings of the thyroid and the different measurements used to review the thyroid condition.

From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was so nice and made me feel as they were concerned about my problem. Great group they all worked together great!

I am very grateful that Dr.Tillotson and his practice accepted me as a patient, as I transfer medical care from Surgical Specialists of Charlotte to monitor my thyroid nodules. Dr. Tillotson discussed scheduling an ultrasound, and if needed a fine needle aspiration.

Front check in staff member personable & friendly. The nurse doing the initial workup, Jenny, was extremely easy to talk with and showed interest in not just medical issue but me as a person. Very friendly and pleasant. Dr Tillotson also open to conversation about me and not just medical stuff. He provided all the info I needed in making the decision to have surgery scheduled. Felt very comfortable in having the doc perform the surgery.

I was able to get an appointment the very next day after Dr Tillotson appointment and he is very thorough, informative and compassionate
