She was very helpful in helping find an alternative medication. I had questions about the new medication being taken with some medication I'm on now, she explained to me it was okay and told me how and when to take each medication

She addressed my concerns with kindness and went over my options

She is very kind overall but I was not happy with my most recent appointment. She recommended and almost insisted that I will need to discontinue taking my Zepbound shots. I explained why I feel that I need to stay on them and she wasn't receptive. She recommended counseling with a food specialist at Novant. I surely wasn't expecting this news from my appointment. I am researching other providers that are willing to listen to me and my requests to stay on Zepbound. Originally I saw Jamie Szymarek, who I adored, but I believe she may have moved to the Kernersville office? The next person I saw was Mandy Sperle, who I also enjoyed seeing. Then all of a sudden I stopped seeing her. I work In Greensboro so I would need to stay at the Market Street location. I think Jamie or Mandy would have definitely handled my appointment differently and would have been more open/flexible to listening than Carentxa. I'm really upset that I feel like I need to look elsewhere, but I may have to if Carentxa is my only option. I plan to call the office and see if there is an appointment with Mandy.
