Novant health matthews has been extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Although I do not like going to see a doctor, they make me feel comfortable and listen to my concerns and are very helpful.

It was urgent to ME, but was handled with all the care and compassion needed. A follow-up was required for an ultrasound. That was scheduled ASAP and I was back for that just after lunch & a quick nap. I had not been home long after the ultrasound when the PA called me with the results and letting me know about the meds. Also if the meds did not work by a certain date to get back in touch for any additional treatment needed. Super service all around.
