She listened carefully to my concerns about my blood pressure, acknowledged that anxiety and prior medical experiences can affect readings, and allowed me to share my at-home measurements. Her calm, understanding approach immediately helped put me at ease.When I discussed my fear of getting a pap smear, Margaret was supportive and reassuring. She explained the procedure clearly, emphasized that it should not be painful, and made it clear that we could reschedule if I was not mentally prepared. Because she created such a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment, I felt confident enough to proceed with the procedure the same day. She was very gentle and patient throughout.Margaret provided exemplary patient-centered care and turned what could have been a very stressful visit into a positive and empowering experience.
