An excellent first visit. Dr Alappat was punctual, pleasant, and had an excellent understanding of my condition. She thoroughly reviewed my history with Novant providers and conducted a thorough physical exam. She described the treatment plan and use of medication three times which I appreciated. Follow up in My Chart regarding test results within one day.

My care provider was fantastic. She informed me of everything that I needed to know. Let me ask questions and wanted to know my thoughts and opinions on things. I felt very comfortable and safe while asking my questions. I didn't feel judged and felt like I received all the necessary information that I needed to make the decisions about my healthcare. Very grateful for that because often times when I go into the doctors I feel like my concerns are overlooked. But not this time, Anna was very kind and patient and it felt like I was being listened to and my questions and anxieties were all answered. I would recommend her a million times. My experience with everyone was genuinely fantastic and I'm so appreciative.
