I'm the one who has experience with my ailment but I felt that the PA didn't sufficiently listen to me and overrode my concerns. Made me feel that I didn't know what I was talking about and that his word was the last word. Felt rushed as well. My experience with other Novant PAs in the past has been excellent. In most cases I prefer to see them rather than the physicians they work with.

Robert Christenbery was exceptional! He was thorough and explained my ex-rays and MRI results to me showing me as he went what he was seeing. He reviewed with me current options of treatment as well as possibilities for the future If those did not work. Most of all he gave me hope and encouragement. I would highly recommend him to others.
