Great experience. I felt truly heard my provider was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He really took his time and we talked through all of my concerns. He made sure to review multiple times my treatment plan and medications to be sure I understood and if I had any questions.

Probably the best I have ever seen. I normally haven't been to a pcp office because they always made me feel like I shouldn't be there but I did not experience that at this office. In fact, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Which is not the norm that I have experienced in the past.

I love Dr Mosier. . He is very caring and concerned and he always listens even when I am just rambling on about anything. He is very through and interested in what ever problem I am having at the time. I feel like he is family. He is such a great asset to your practice.

I was very pleased that I could get an appointment on Dec 23, because it was so close to Christmas. Friedberg Family always works to get me in if I call with a health issue.

I couldn't believe they were able to see me on Christmas Eve. In spite of having to work, all the staff was super nice and cheerful.

I am beyond happy that I found this provider to care for my daughter and me. It’s rare that you find a care provider that you trust completely; however, I have found exactly that at this practice. Very happy and grateful for everyone there.

The staff at Friedberg Family Medicine are always pleasant and I never have a hard time getting an appointment.

Brian was friendly, very professional. He listened to my symptoms. Looked at my chart, and explained the plan for me. He asked how that sounded to me? I was in agreement with him. He answered my 1 question about a drug that he recommended.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. The provider was attentive, courteous, thorough and diagnosed my problem.

Thanks to Brian for his professional care in working with my problem. He was very helpful certainly far better than I have received in the past. Hopefully with his help we will find out the root of my problem. Thanks Brian

The doctor and staff were awesome.

I am a new patient and had my initial appointment scheduled days later. When I made the appointment I was currently experiencing some pretty scary issues. When I told them what was happening they immediately went and talked to a nurse. The nurse took my call and I came in that day. Not sure what may have happened if I had not. I am grateful to know that this team will continue to oversee my care. The follow up is superb. They are true Caregivers.

I had a problem develop late on Friday afternoon. Walked into my local Novant office and was seen and treated within minutes by a very nice doctor. Could not be more perfect !!

This was the first time that I have been seen by Doctor Mosier. He listened to me. And helped me. So much! I am feeling a whole lot better now. He is someone I recommend to my family and friends.

Sara also needed some lab work, and Immediately after her blood was taken, she got dizzy and lightheaded, as well as nauseated. She ended up getting very scared, and all the nurses and the phlebotomist came in and gave her ice packs, they fanned her, Held her hand brought her water and calmed her down. They were so amazing with my daughter. I love this practice and every single soul that works there.

For a first time visit with having to change to a new provider, it went really well. Hosiery was excellent PA asking the right questions and allowing me to do the same.

I love Freiburg Medical & wouldn’t go to another facility. From the time I walk into the front door until I leave that office & all the employees treat me with the utmost respect. They always have my best interest at heart.
