Everyone that I encountered in this office was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were all wonderful.

I had to make my own follow up appointment. Then they double booked me.

Guzel Jansen was very thorough in analyzing My issues. I wanted to know if I needed a colonoscopy. She explained all the considerations especially for My age. I was satisfied with the conclusion.

My mother's appointment was changed without our knowledge. Neither of us have received voicemail, although they said they called. The provider is an amazing woman! Dr. Jansen. Very compassionate and took the time to explain things to my mother.

Nurse Guzel Jansen was exceptional in her review and our discussion of my problem. She listened carefully and respected my ideas and opinions. She was meticulous in her collection of information and offered a course of treatment and explanation that made sense and, so far, has been effective in controlling my problem. This was one of my best medical treatment experiences, ever.

I called for an appointment after a couple of months of bowel problems and one night of pain. I was able to get an appointment with a PA, but it was a month away, which I accepted. Guzel Jansen couldn't have been more attentive to my problems and made sure she understood my concrns. She ordered blood work, etc. and assured me we would get to the bottom of the problm. I got the results from the blood work that afternoon> Two days later, I took my stool sample in and got the results that afternoon. Never have I had such quick results! The next day, Guzel messaged me through My Chart the diagnosis and treatment. My only concern with that was that the pharmacy told me that I would have to pay for the $120 perscription because the office had not made clear that the med was necessary because of the infection diagnosis from the stool sample. So I had to pay cash and hope that they will make their case to my provider and I can be reimbursed. Over all, very positive experience with this provider,

I am waiting too long for next test.
