She made minimal eye contact with the entire time I was with her. She talked very fast and was difficult to understand.

I saw Guzel Jansen and was very comfortable speaking with her. I didn't feel rushed and felt that she took adequate time to hear my issue.

Provider was very thorough in addressing my issues. She was pleasant and personable. She listened intently and offered a treatment plan to accommodate my concerns.

Guzel was very pleasant, very easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable with her. She expressed to me that she understood that I have been through a lot. Yes, I would recommend her.

She explained reckonmended further testing. Listened and answered all questions I had.

Very satisfactory

I would’ve preferred to see the doctor, but I didn’t. I saw a nurse practitioner and my appointment was at 9:30. I arrived 15 minutes early as per scheduled, but I wasn’t seen for another half an hour. I was just left in the room. Nobody came until the nurse practitioner came so I wasn’t very thrilled with sitting there for half an hour.

The provider seems too busy to get to understand patients concerns. Waited in exam room for a good twenty minutes or so for provider. Spent more time looking at computer screen and seemed rushed.

Guzel is an exceptional NP: excellent communicator, skilled with Novant's IT tools, instinct for the patient's needs, & likable.

Great visit

This is the first appointment that I have felt heard in some time. She listened, was knowledgeable, and I feel comfotable being in her care. I have told everyone how wonderful the experience was with the provider, the phlebotomist, and the lovely lady who helped me check out. I will try to schedule all of my appointments with her in the future.

Novant has been wonderful in providing the care needed with professionalism and courtesy.

Everyone that I encountered in this office was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were all wonderful.

I had to make my own follow up appointment. Then they double booked me.

She is a very nice woman and I trust her ability to do what is best for me
