Erika was very responsive. She listened as I explained all my symptoms and together we came up with a plan including get feedback via post visit messages.

This was the first time interacting with this provider since my provider left. This was the quickest visit I have ever had with anyone let alone a first time provider. It was a medication follow up, so there were not any medical concerns. That's the reason I am willing to give it another attempt. I just didn't get the impression that there was any real efforts to get to know your patient
