She was a very good listener and addressed all my concerns.
Diligent and responsive to my concerns
First visit with the PA. She was well versed of my history and very thorough.
If provider's home office was in my town, I would see her regularly. Novant keeps moving her around to fill in for others which is a disservice to patients. However, I was appreciative to be able to setup a video visit!
