Erika Donalis, PA-C

This was my first visit to Novant Health Primary Care and my wife and I were extremely impressed with Ms Donalis and her entire staff. She is a perfect example of a young, innovative primary caregiver who is well-versed in the most up-to-date medical information. I feel like I’m going to be able to put my complete trust in her and her staff.

Erika was terrific. She gave me plenty of time and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

Completely dismissed & treated as if I was ignorant & she was the medical professional. My questions & concerns were of no importance. I am contemplating transferring my care because of her.

This was just an establish care appointment for continuation of prescription after moving to the area. I was impressed that I was offered annual blood work and an xray for a new problem. I was impressed these were completed and results were available same day. Also I was called promptly the next day by the nurse to discuss these.

Erica Donalis is professional, knowledgeable and very understanding. She is the first nurse practitioner I have ever seen. I used Erica since I moved to Wilmington from NY , 10 months ago. I am totally impressed with the care I received from Novant.

I am amazed at how quickly I was treated having to be evaluated, then sent for an x-ray, then sent for a boot on my foot, 3 different things to do

First visit (new patient) and the whole team there made me feel welcomed, safe, and valued. Clean bright environment unlike some other places I’ve been to that felt almost too sterile and clinical.

Dr. Donalis stepped in for my primary care physician who was on holiday. Dr. Donalis had great communication and “bedside” manners. Very informative and direct. Answered my questions before I asked. Great experience.

My regular doctor wasn’t available but I was able to see a pa who listened to my concerns as best she could since she didn’t know me prior.

Donalis was my physician and she did a fantastic job. She was very engaged and gave me opportunities to ask questions and offer opinions.

Exceptional service as always. Been going to this office for a decade or more. I come from the other side of town because I feel most comfortable at this location.

Everyone was very helpful. I especially appreciated that people were there to guide to the right office or person to speak with. Great service! And I've already been contacted by the offices I was referred to!

I arrived with my husband for his appointment. I asked if they could possibly see me today because I had an issue with my ear. I was given an appointment right away. And the issue was taken care of. I was very grateful that I did not have to wait long and I did not have to come back for an appointment to get this issue taken care of. I would like to thank the staff Anna and Erica Donalis for their care during my visit.

Wrong time to answer this question because the Novant system is a total disaster since they upgraded the software for MyChart. I got a voicemail finally yesterday when I was promised one Monday and I got a prescription notice from the drugstore but no information yet on my ailments

I waited about 45 minutes to see the provider.

Being new to NC from MN I was trying to start new healthcare. I waited over 2 months for an appt and it was wonderful with PA Erika Thompson. Ms Thompson listened & referred me to physicians that I need care from. I already have future appointments scheduled. Thank you to the staff with Novant Health!

My first visit to the practice and everyone was very warm and friendly. I felt more "seen" than at other places. Very professional and thorough, but also personal and not rushed. Very good first impression.

Coming from NY and only being in NC from 9/14/23, I had serious concerns about health care. I am so impressed with the interactions I had with the Novant network. My experience with Novant was exceedingly professional and competent.
