Erica was very nice and calming, which is very important to me.
Erika was great!! I went two times for my cough and congestion finally l went to Medac. They said " I should go back to Novant because they can't pull my records " Thank God least I got Erika . She was so understanding with my problem!
She was excellent and very attentive.
Dr was great, she asked me the same questions a few times but perhaps this is just the SOC for a first pt visit
Erika was very thorough and supportive of my concerns! I was very impressed by her professionalism.
