Dr. Richter was kind, and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and treated me well. I am very happy he saw me. I am starting to feel much better with the antibiotic he prescribed. The first time I have been without a headache in a week.

This office is fantastic. From providers to techs and all other staff I always have a great experience. I feel like Dr. Richter really takes the time to listen and consider my care carefully. In fact, I have asked my husband to switch to him as PCP. He is a doctor I really trust and I am thankful to have such a great physician and office to go to.

Dr Richter was so good that I asked to change to him as my primary doctor from this point on. The nurse and staff were great!

The tech that took my blood for the analysis was great!!! Very little pain with the needle injection and she was so sweet!

My doctor visit was one of Positivity. There was coordination of all the staff who interacted with me. The nurse, I needed blood work up, and urine taken. Everyone was so helpful . The office staff was helpful with follow up appointments, giving info on what to do about prescription renewal. I look forward to seeing my Dr. On next appointment.

Great doctor & staff Wonderful addition to the Wesley Chapel NC community

I came to Dr. Richter after a horrible experience at Atrium where I tried to find a new primary care doctor after almost 20 years with the same doctor. I now live in Waxhaw 2 1/2 hours away from my old doctor. I was ready to give up and just get my care as needed at urgent care facilities but I had promised my daughter I would get a new doctor so I kept looking. Dr Richter was recommended by two friends. I was looking for a doctor who respected my feelings on my care and didn’t just treat me off the Medicare check list. I can not express how grateful I am for how kind and understanding he was. He explained what was recommended for my age but didn’t push any agenda. He made me feel like I now have someone I can turn to if I’m sick who will really listen and who really cares. As busy as the office was the day I was there, everyone was attentive to each person who walked through the door. It just felt like a warm, inviting place where everyone really cared. Thank you all so much.

The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She gave me the option to go to Novant Urgent Care or she could see if she could work me in with another provider. I asked to be worked in and she offered to call back once she inquired with the doctors. She called back and got me in immediately. When I arrived she recognized my voice and greeted me with pleasantry’s. The doctor also treated me kindly, not someone who was being squeezed in. Love this office.
