Novant has been double or triple billing me since July 2023, and it is annoying. I know several medical billing systems have been the targets of cyberattacks in the past year, so I do understand the problems.

I do not understand why it's so hard to reach someone when you call the office. I think it's ridiculous to have a recording when you have important questions regarding your health or medication. The majority of the time you do not receive a call back. I think it por customer service.
