About

Watching my grandfather battle cancer was difficult, but it was also what inspired me to pursue medicine as a career. I saw how much of a difference a good nurse, physician assistant or doctor could make in my grandfather's day. I wanted to be like one of them. Shortly after his passing, I left my career in accounting and started my journey to become a nurse practitioner.

I typically see another provider at the practice but this was an emergency visit and I could not get in with her so I saw whoever had availability. The provider seemed to lack experience and did not give me the reassurance or confidence that she knew what she was talking about.
