Received exceptional customer service.

Only went over test results that were already in portal. No change in plan of care. Questions seemed inconvenient to provider and answers were generic. Nothing covered that could have not been confirmed by phone. Visit was unnecessary. Waste of time and $65.

Kudos to Madison Walters, PA for her louder than normal volume, slower and simpler communication to our sweet, highly functional, independent living almost 94 years old Mom. Her communication was perfect for her mild hearing loss and slower auditory processing. We are so very appreciative of good cardiology care provided by Novant Heart and Vascular.
