I texted a question to my provider the day after my appointment. This was late on a Friday. I expected to get a response the next Monday at the earliest. I was very surprised to get a response after a few minutes. Again, this was not urgent, but it was nice for me not to wonder about the issue over the weekend.

Dr. Matthew’s took a lot of time and effort to come up with a possible diagnosis she was very thorough. She sent me for a CT scan and her theory was correct. She wasted no time going over my results and recommending I go straight to the ER.

Dr Matthew's is very thorough and a great listener. The staff in the Lab were great too!

All staff were wonderful - front desk, nurse, lab and doctor. Kind, attentive, competent. Felt well cared for and confident in care provided. Thank you!

Dr. Matthew is the best primary care physicians I have had as an adult. She is very personable, compassionate, efficient, and in-tuned. Her expert knowledge shows and her "bedside" manners extraordinary. She is so complete in gathering information, that it makes me less anxious in going to be examined. Dr. Matthews showed genuine care and concern regarding my symptoms and fear that they are causing me. From the moment of walking in the door until walking out of the door the staff exemplified professionalism and made me feel important. The Lab Tech was fantastic! I’ve never had anyone be able to access my deep, rolling veins easily. She did it in one stick without manipulating the needle by digging and poking it around, she caused no discomfort. Very satisfied with the entire team at Gilead and the care that they provided me.
