I think this was a one off situation. Normally she isn't like this. I felt like she was rushed and I felt that she barely took any time to talk to me about anything except giving out a bunch of referrals and then sending me on my way. This was completely unlike our usual visits.

Dr. Matthews is the best doctor I've ever had. Her warmth, knowledge and willingness to listen to my concerns and questions makes me feel very comfortable. Even when I've pushed back regarding some recommendations for my health (out of fear of the procedure or the diagnosis) she respectfully and compassionately encourages me to take care of my health, without any judgement. Her knowledge and personality contribute to her being an excellent health care provider. I really appreciate her!

She's hands down the best one I've had and sure hope she doesn't move practices or locations. If that happens I would travel a reasonable distance just to have her as my primary care physician.
