Lindsey took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed them properly and explained the why' behind her recommendations. She followed through with everything she said she was going to and made me feel like a valued patient!

First visit with Dr Matthews and I am very happy with my choice of primary care Dr. She is caring, kind, and open minded.

Before the introduction of the recording device you could tell that Dr. Matthews was struggling with getting the information that Novant required of her while simultaneously working to be personable to me. Recording the appointment was a great way to have Dr. Matthews focus primarily on me while also obtaining the information Novant required of her.
